Gerardo Beltrán (b. Mexico City, 1958) – poet, translator, and professor of literary translation at the Institute for Iberian and Latin American Studies, Warsaw University. He has published six books of poetry and over thirty of translation. He translates Polish (Z. Herbert, W. Szymborska, T. Różewicz, Cz. Miłosz), German and Lithuanian poetry. He is a honorary member of the Polish Writers' Association, member of the Lithuanian Association of Literary Translators, as well as of the Association for the Study of Language and the Environment (ASLE).
